Welcome to my pets' web site. There are several sections to explore. I hope you find your visit enjoyable.


Spirit

Spirit was a little over a year old in this picture. She is a Chow/Heeler Mix. Amazingly, she learned quickly to stay out of whatever we told her to.

She learned to sit in just a few days and to shake hands in an hour. Being part Chow and Heeler, she doesn't always know if she's supposed to guard us or herd us.

As soon as I can, I'll be adding a new pictures of her on this site.

 


Shadow

Shadow was around five months old in this picture. She is a German Shepard Dog/Husky/Wolf Mix. She seems to learn slower than Spirit did, but she's doing well. We got her spayed on April 7, 2003, and she was healing well from that. She would eat everything however, including the walls.

She was already starting to want to guard and protect us. Though she was still puppy enough to want to play, too. We were trying to teach her not to jump up on us, but that wasn't easy. We need to get that lesson through to her before she's bigger than we are.

Matilda

Matilda came to us when she was six weeks old. She arrived at midnight. She was still around the next day, so we adopted her. She knows her name and comes to it. At first, she was afraid of the dogs, but got over that. Now she picks the fights.

Romeo

Romeo arrived when Spirit was in season. He acted as though he had been abused at some point in his life. It was Feburary of 2004 that he arrived. It was freezing cold, so we brought him inside. He stayed. He has learned how to play, and he's more confident than he was before.
